Pathways Educational Programs LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any continuing education (CE) activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the provider, participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled session.
Pre-Recorded Playback Courses (Distance Learning â Independent)
Cancellation Policy – 100% of the course fee is due at the time of registration. – No refunds or transfers will be issued for pre-recorded courses unless the course is made unavailable for participant completion within 30 days of payment by Pathways Therapy Services .
On-Site and Hybrid Courses (Distance Learning â Interactive)
Payment Policy – A deposit equal to 25% of the total course tuition is required at the time of registration. – The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 14 calendar days prior to the course start date. – Failure to pay the full balance by this deadline will result in forfeiture of your seat and loss of your deposit. – If registering within 14 days of the course start date, 100% of the tuition is due at the time of registration.
Accepted Payment Methods – Major credit cards – Debit cards – ACH transfers (subject to verification)
Refunds will match the original payment method.
Receipts and Reminders – Payment confirmations and reminders will be sent via email. Please retain all receipts for your records.
Alternate Arrangements – For extenuating financial circumstances, please email info@pathways411.com. Requests are reviewed individually and must be submitted in writing.

| 30+ Days | Refund of 75% of the deposit, less a $25 administrative fee, or the deposit may be transferred to a future course (if available) allowing the registrant to retain the full deposit value. |
| 20â29 Days | Refund of 50% of the deposit, less a $25 administrative fee. |
| 15â19 Days | No refund of deposit. 100% of tuition may be transferred to a future course (if available) allowing the registrant to retain the full tuition value. |
| 6-14 Days | No refund of deposit. 50% of tuition may be transferred to a future course (if available) allowing the registrant to retain the 50% of tuition value. |
| Fewer Than 5 Days | No refunds or transfers; 100% of the tuition is non-refundable. |
Exception â Documented Medical Emergency
Requests for refund or transfer due to a verifiable medical emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Acceptable documentation includes:
- Physicianâs note or discharge summary citing acute illness, injury, or hospitalization
- Positive COVID-19 test with official directive to isolate
- Emergency room visit record
- Obituary or death certificate for an immediate family member listing you as a surviving relative
Submission Requirements
- Documentation must state the date and nature of the emergency
- Must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the course start date
- Decisions are made at the sole discretion of Pathways Educational Programs LLC
Note: Routine medical appointments, work obligations, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify as medical emergencies.
