Denise is an esteemed international speaker who educates therapists and medical professionals on strategies for managing edema and addressing lymphatic dysfunction in patients.

Denise is also a distinguished national speaker with multiple engagements scheduled for 2025. She will be presenting at National Lymphatic Network conferences, both virtually and in-person, showcasing her expertise in the field.

Pathways Educational Programs LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any continuing education (CE) activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the provider, participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled session

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Pathways Educational Programs LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any continuing education (CE) activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the provider, participants will be notified via email and will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a rescheduled session.

Participants may cancel their registration up to 30 days prior to the course start date to receive a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the course are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future offering of the same course, if available.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for On-Site and Hybrid courses

 

Notice Period (Before Course Start Date)

Refund/Transfer Policy
30+ Days Refund of 75% of the deposit, less a $25 administrative fee, or the deposit may be transferred to a future course (if available) allowing the registrant to retain the full deposit value.
20–29 Days Refund of 50% of the deposit, less a $25 administrative fee.
15–19 Days No refund of deposit. 100% of tuition may be transferred to a future course (if available) allowing the registrant to retain the full tuition value.
6-14 Days No refund of deposit. 50% of tuition may be transferred to a future course (if available) allowing the registrant to retain the 50% of tuition value.
Fewer Than 5 Days No refunds or transfers; 100% of the tuition is non-refundable.

 

Exception – Documented Medical Emergency

Requests for refund or transfer due to a verifiable medical emergency will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Acceptable documentation includes:
Physician’s note or discharge summary citing acute illness, injury, or hospitalization

  • Positive COVID-19 test with official directive to isolate
  • Emergency room visit record
  • Obituary or death certificate for an immediate family member listing you as a surviving relative
Submission Requirements
  • Documentation must state the date and nature of the emergency
  • Must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the course start date
  • Decisions are made at the sole discretion of Pathways Educational Programs LLC

Note: Routine medical appointments, work obligations, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts do not qualify as medical emergencies.

Completion Requirements

To receive continuing education credit, participants must meet the following criteria:

– Attend the course in full (100% participation required for live events).
– Actively participate in all learning activities and discussions.
– Complete all required assessments (post-test).
– Submit a course evaluation form at the conclusion of the course.

Certificates of completion will be issued at end of course for live events and within 2 weeks of distance learning/hybrid events following the successful completion of all course requirements.

Financial / Nonfinancial Disclosures

Pathways Educational Programs LLC instructors have no financial interest in products discussed, supplied, nor mentioned during a training course. All PEP training courses primarily focus on evidence-informed and occupation-centered practice and not product or service promotion.
